What We Offer...

Please Keep In Mind...

• Your reservation is guaranteed via your credit card. So if you must cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. We will charge your credit card only if you are a "no show"and do not contact us in advance.
• We are sorry that we can only host families with children 10 years old and older.
• Our house is non-smoking, except for outside areas.
• Check in at 2:00 pm; check out at 12 noon. However, we will do our best to accommodate early arrivals or late departures.
• We offer a modified breakfast for early departing guests
• While we welcome guests' friends, we cannot accommodate unregistered overnight visitors
• Cable TV and movies can be enjoyed in our dining room. We do not include TVs in the rooms, as these are designed for peace and quiet.
• Thanks to San Jose's average year-round temperature of 70 degrees Fahrenheit or 21degrees Centigrade ,air conditioning is not required. However, each room has a ceiling fan and extra blankets.
